When should I accept new transactions?

Your pharmacy should accept all incoming transactions, unless the product is suspect or under quarantine.  The rate at which you review and accept transaction data should be detailed in your location's standard operating procedure.  We recommend reviewing and accepting transaction data as often as possible.
