What is the Suspect Product Workflow?

The Suspect Product Workflow is an InfiniTrak feature that allows you to record and report, in real time, any suspect items your pharmacy receives.  Suspect items range from physical products to transaction information.  The system will ask you a series of questions to help identify why the product is suspect.  Once you answer the questions you can print a quarantine label, add your own statement with the answered questions, and notify both your wholesaler and the FDA.
