What are my options if my subscription is about to expire?

If your InfiniTrak subscription is about to expire you have two options:

  1. Renew your subscription:  Your InfiniTrak subscription will automatically renew at the end of your one-year subscription period, so you do not need to act to renew.  The subscription starts either (a) when you receive your first transaction data from a trading partner or (b) 90 days after you subscribe.
  2. Cancel your subscription:  To prevent renewal of a full-service subscription, InfiniTrak must be given written or verbal notice of non-renewal. This written or verbal notice must be received no more than 90 days but no less than 45 days before the end of the subscription term.  If you decide not to renew your InfiniTrak account you can send your notice of non-renewal to or call 1.844.463.4631. Please see "How do I cancel my subscription?" for more details about the subscription cancellation process and what happens post cancellation.
