When should I log a suspect product?

The DSCSA is moving toward real-time track and trace, meaning any suspect product should be immediately logged upon receipt using the Suspect Product Workflow.

The other situation in which you would use the Suspect Product Workflow is when you are pulling product off of the shelf.  As you pull products, inspect them and determine if they are suspect.  If you deem the product suspect, log into your Infinitrak account and see if the suspect product was logged.  If it was not, log the suspect product using the Suspect Product Workflow.
