How do I use +Product Wizard?

+Product Wizard is a tool that allows you to add lot numbers and trading partner history associated with a product.  

To use +Product Wizard:

1. Open the +Product Wizard tool 
2. Accurately enter the product information 
3. Accurately enter any lot numbers 
4. Accurately enter all trading partner history 
5. Review the workflow summary page
6. Click Save

Step one is to open the +Product Wizard tool by clicking the +Product Wizard button above the product spreadsheet.  Step two is to accurately enter the product information. 

To enter the product information: 

1. Type in the product's NDC (you can type the first two digits of the NDC and all relevant products show up in a drop menu)
2. Click the correct product; the NDC#, Description, and Shipping Date fields will auto populate 
3. Type the Quantity
4. Click Next

Step three is to accurately enter any lot numbers associated with the product.  To add lot numbers:

1. Type the lot number 
2. Type the lot expiration 
3. Type the lot quantity
4. Click Add

Repeat steps 1-4 until all lot numbers associated with the product are added.  Lot numbers will appear on the right side of the Product Wizard window under Lots.  After all lot numbers are added, click Next. 

Step four is to accurately enter all trading partner history associated with the product.  To add a product's trading partner history: 

1. Search the trading partner 
2. Click the correct trading partner (make sure the address is correct), trading partner name, address, and sender type will auto-populate
3. Type the Ship Date - the date the product was shipped to you 
4. Click Add
5. Click Next

Step five is to review the summary page.  On the summary page you can view the data entered in each of the previous sections.  Review the information and confirm that the data entered is correct. Then, click finish.   

After your click finish, +Product Wizard will reset so you can add another product.  After you enter all of the products required for the transaction you can click the "x" in the upper right-hand corner of the 'Product Wizard' window.
