How do I remove a location from my account?

To remove locations: 

  1. Log into your InfiniTrak account at 
  2. Toggle to the 'Locations' section of your 'Company Details' page 
  3. Select the location
  4. Click 'Remove Location'

Step one is to log into your InfiniTrak account at using your username and unique password.  Step two is to toggle to the 'Locations' section of your 'Company Details' page by clicking the Manage Company menu option on the left-hand side of your screen.  manage_company.png

Step three is to remove the location.  Once you select the location you want to remove from your InfiniTrak subscription, click the location to highlight and click "x Remove".  You will be asked to confirm the removal of the location.  It is critical to export all transactions before removing the location.  If you do not export the transactions, all transaction data associated with that location will not be available to you.  It is important to understand that even though a location is no longer under your InfiniTrak account you are still responsible for the transaction data exchanged when the location was active in your account.  Once you export all your transaction data, confirm that you want to remove the location from your account and click "Remove"
